To schedule a session, please reach out to me directly by text or phone call. Because I operate a private studio, this allows us to briefly discuss your goals and find a time that works best for your schedule. While I recommend reaching out in advance, I can occasionally accommodate same-day appointments—feel free to check for last-minute availability.

Appointments are available in 60, 90, and 120-minute blocks. While 60 minutes is effective for targeted work, a 90-minute session is the optimal duration for a comprehensive therapeutic treatment. For those seeking total systemic decompression and the deepest state of relaxation, the 120-minute session is recommended.

Most clients choose to disrobe completely to allow for continuous, fluid strokes and unobstructed access to the muscle groups being treated. However, your comfort is the absolute priority. You are welcome to undress to your level of preference; my clinical training allows me to work effectively around any clothing you choose to leave on. You will be professionally draped at all times, with only the specific area being addressed at that moment uncovered.

While my practice is rooted in functional bodywork, Signature Relaxation is specifically designed for those seeking a reprieve from mental and systemic fatigue. You don’t need a sports injury or postural strain to benefit from massage. This session focuses on down-regulating your nervous system through rhythmic, fluid techniques to help you return to a state of total equilibrium.
-
Every session begins with a movement observation to identify exactly how your body is holding tension. If you have a localized issue or a specific training goal, we will integrate targeted techniques like myofascial release or trigger point work into your treatment. My approach is always adaptive to your body’s immediate needs.
-
The session is your time to decompress. Aside from an initial check-in regarding pressure and comfort, there is no expectation for conversation. Many clients find that a "quiet session" allows them to better process the physical work and enter a more meditative, restorative state.

Absolutely; re-MARK-able Relief is committed to providing a safe, affirming, and respectful environment for every individual, including those within the LGBTQ+ community.

To get the most out of your treatment, please arrive well-hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before your appointment. Following your session, increasing your water intake is recommended to support metabolic recovery. Much like the day after a long run or a rigorous workout, you may experience mild metabolic soreness for 24–48 hours as your body integrates the manual work.
-
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Please notify me by text or phone call as soon as your plans change.
-
At this time, I accept payment via cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please note that I do not currently process credit or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of your session.

It is important to remember that massage is a clinical treatment that affects the nervous system. Involuntary physiological responses—such as stomach growling, muscle twitches, or other physical reactions—are normal signs that your body is shifting into a state of relaxation. As a professional, I am trained to maintain a focused, therapeutic environment regardless of these common reactions. My priority is the integrity of your treatment.
